Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed and shipped.

Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping: 7 -10 business days
International Shipping: 10 - 15 business days

Domestic Shipping 

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. 

International Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination depending upon the size of the order. You will be provided with an estimated shipping fee and delivery time during checkout. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

WHITE SATURN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Shipping Delays

Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, carrier delays, etc.), shipping times may vary. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you suspect it’s lost, please contact us at support@whitesaturnstudio.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please note: Prepaid orders can't be cancelled as they are processed immediately.
